  1. Is food delivery allowed?
    Outside food and drinks – such as those from relatives and ordered from online food delivery websites and e-commerce sites – are not allowed.
  2. What are the steps to register for a swab test?
    Kindly fill-out an Electronic Case Information Form or e-CIF. It aims to help returning OFWs undergo the mandatory health protocols set by the Philippine government. Remember that you must accomplish the e-CIF three (3) days before your arrival in the Philippines.
  3. Do you offer airport pick-up?
    Yes, airport pick-up can be pre-arranged. To know more about our rates and to make an arrangement, contact us at rsvn@astoriaplaza.com.
  4. Is sharing of room allowed?
    In general, sharing of rooms is not allowed. For special circumstances, room-sharing for families with kids or persons needing special assistance should be pre-approved by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) prior to arrival at the airport.   5. Do you accept leisure bookings?
    No, as of the time being, Astoria Plaza is strictly accommodating quarantine bookings only.
  6. Are guests allowed to use hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, or spa?
    Usage of hotel facilities is not allowed. All guests must stay inside their rooms at all times throughout the quarantine period.
  7. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
    No, pets are not allowed in Astoria Plaza.
  8. Do you offer laundry services?
    No, we do not offer laundry services.
  9. Is WiFi free of charge?
    Yes, just request for the password and other pertinent information from the Front Desk.
  10. Do you serve halal food?
    No, as of the time being, we do not offer halal food.
  11. Do you have a payment link?
    No, we do not have a payment link as of the time being. But alternatively, you can settle your bill via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, direct payment, or GCash.
  12. My relative/husband/wife is currently residing in the Philippines, can he/she join me in my room while I’m being quarantined?
    No, visitors are strictly not allowed.
  13. Do vaccinated returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs) still need to quarantine?
    Yes, returning overseas Filipinos are required to quarantine for 10 days. This is as per the advisory of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).
  14. How about returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs) who have received 2 doses of vaccine in the Philippines?
    Returning overseas Filipinos who are vaccinated in the country are still mandated to quarantine for 7 days. This is as per the advisory of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

Astoria Plaza is open to serve OFWs, foreign guests, frequent independent travelers, stranded passengers, and employees from nearby establishments in need of lodgings. We will remain closed for leisure stays until further notice.
